½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Large eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cream of tarter
1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch, crushed
½ cup mini marshmallows
Combine the butter and sugar and beat on medium speed until well creamed together.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix into butter and sugar until the egg is well beaten.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon baking soda and cream of tartar. Slowly add into dough and beat on medium low speed until well combined and dough starts to form.
Next add the crushed cereal and mini marshmallows and mix to combine.STEP5
Use a large cookie scoop (3 tbsp) and scoop cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate the dough for a minimum of 45 minutes, but the longer the better.
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place about 2 inches apart and bake at 350° F for 11-13 minutes. Allow cookie to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Everybody it's been and welcome back to my kitchen today we're going to be making delicious Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal cookies so grab a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk for pretty much breakfast in a cookie I'll throw a full link to the recipe for a link to the recipe Down Below in the description and check it out but in the meantime let's go ahead and preheat oven to 350 degrees and get started on some perfect yummy Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal cookies so when I first mixing bowl we're going to go ahead and start by combining Oliver dry ingredients by first adding it or flour are
cinnamon are salt baking soda and then we're going to go ahead and give those a nice quick noodle whisk I want those are nice combined go ahead and scooters over to the side grab another mixing bowl for our wet ingredients or butter and or white sugar and with our hamster on a high-speed we're going to beat those two ingredients together until they're nice and light and super fluffy and once you have that nice light and fluffy butter mixture we're going to go ahead and follow that by adding is our eggs and our vanilla until they are fully Incorporated so we have our what ingredients go in a green stone so let's go ahead and grab our dry ingredients and mix those into our wet ingredients on a low speed into everything really comes together
you have a nice smooth soft cookie dough batter I want your day was fully come together we're going to take a cookie scoop and that's cool to tbsp should do the job nicely and want to leave a nice good and distance between each cookie scoop fill up that whole tray and what you had your cookie sheet filled with delicious cinnamon cookie dough balls we're going to go ahead policies in the oven and let it bake for a good ten minutes since when 10 minutes are cookies are baked but they're not done yet for our last 2 to 3 minutes of the baking time we're going to go ahead and submit Toast Crunch cereal pieces bacon to the cookie how good is that going to be tossed back in the oven and went back for another 2 to 3 minutes
3 minutes at the most we won't need more than that sour cookies have fully face the Cinnamon Toast Crunch tree was Bates right on top into those cookies and once they are base after that 30 minutes you have a nice yummy Golden Delicious cookie now time to top and drizzle with some yummy melted white chocolate Make It Rain white chocolate and after that you can go ahead and grab yourself two or three cookies and ice cup of coffee and enjoy breakfast cooking it's happening right here right now enjoy it more
